Bodyworker specialising in myo-fascial release therapy and functional integration

My original career was in health promotion. I have always been interested in empowering people to be in control of their health and wellbeing. I became interested in bodywork and started training as a massage therapist in 2006 when I experienced the amazing results that myo-fascial release had on my own injured body. Since then I have focused on developing my clinical massage skills through training and practise and now have a busy clinic at home in Barcombe, East Sussex, specialising in myo-fascial release and functional integration.

My clients appreciate my listening touch and the very individual treatments they receive in a non-clinical, relaxed setting.

I recently qualified in the Feldenkrais Method which has had a profound effect on my bodywork practise, helping me to empower my clients to maintain ease of movement for themselves.
